Musink Lite

Even with an expensive music notation software, you can still make mistakes, which may take some time to correct. Musink Lite can spare you the frustration of rewriting your musical notes, changing layouts and so on. The software was created with ease of use in mind. It comes with many useful features and you can locate the tools you need almost instantly, thanks to the interface's clean and efficient design.

Musink Lite is offered free of charge and a Pro version is on its way. The software can be installed fast, without any effort. It works on all modern Windows versions and it does not ask for powerful hardware.

When you launch the program, you will find two options, for starting a new project or opening an existing one. When starting a new project, you can make a few initial configurations, like setting a time signature, number of staves and bars. The main user interface displays one or more staves, depending on your settings. You can use various tools, located around the editing area. You can also bring up a properties window for each stave and make various adjustments, like selecting different instruments, modifying accents and much more.

Despite its many tools, Musink Lite's rapid note input capability is the first feature you will notice. All you have to do is place the mouse cursor where you wish to insert a note and click once. The application will set the note's duration automatically, so you don't have to do it yourself. Moreover, if you add a rest or remove an existing note, the remaining notes will be updated automatically.

The software's auto-layout system is another feature that will make your work easier and more comfortable. The application will make sure that none of your symbols will overlap, regardless of what objects you add or remove. You can play your work at any time, using any MIDI device, just by clicking the Play option, located on the program's toolbar.

Musink Lite places various possibilities at your disposal, in terms of publishing your work. You can export your musical scores in PDF, XPS or PNG format. You can also export them as MIDI or MIDI Loop files.
